Refund and Returns Policy

1. Scope of Application​:
This refund policy applies to all customers who purchase products through the Hovlove independent store platform. If you have a refund request after purchasing products, you must comply with the provisions of this refund policy.​

You can apply for a refund if you meet the following conditions:​

You can submit a refund application within 3 business days after receiving the product. Failure to do so within the time limit will be deemed as an automatic waiver of the right to a refund.
4. Refund Application​:
After meeting the refund conditions, you can submit a refund application on the Hovlove store platform. You need to provide relevant information such as the order number, product name, and reason for the refund, and cooperate with providing product photos or videos as evidence.​
5.Refund review:
After Hovlove store receives your refund application, it will be reviewed within 3 working day. Once approved, you need to send the product back to the designated address as required by the Hovlove store and provide the return tracking number and logistics information.​To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.
6.Refund Processing:
After receiving the returned product, the Hovlove store will inspect and confirm it. Once it is confirmed that the product meets the refund conditions, the refund amount will be returned to your original payment account within 3 business days. ​You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
7.Special Cases:
Some items are not returnable. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned.
