Refund Processing: After receiving the returned product, the Hovlove store will inspect and confirm it. Once it is confirmed that the product meets the refund conditions, the refund amount will be returned to your original payment account within 7 business days.

Product Quality Issues: If you find quality problems with the product or it does not match the description after receipt, you can apply for a refund. After the Hovlove store reviews and confirms, a full refund will be issued and related shipping costs will be borne.

Return or Exchange for Personal Reasons: If you need to return or exchange the product for personal reasons, you must submit a refund application within 3 business days after receiving the product (consistent with the application time mentioned above).
